How to add the Smart Bluetooth Gateway? (Sold Separately)

Step 1. Download the NGTeco Home App

1. Scan the QR code to download the App.

2. Open the App, register the details and sign in to the account.

Step 2. Add the Smart WiFi Gateway

1. Plug the Gateway into the outlet with the provided Power Adapter. Wait for a few seconds until the Red LED blinks quickly.

2. Open the App. Tap the "+" button on the top right corner of the interface, and then select "Smart Door Lock/Wireless Gateway(BLE)" category.

3. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the Gateway to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and complete the setup.

Note: The default pairing mode is EZ Mode. If the Red LED blinks slowly, press and hold the Reset button for 5 seconds to make the Red LED blink rapidly.

Paired with the gateway, you can remotely unlock the wifi door lock, set and share eKeys, check real-time log history and receive notifications anytime, from anywhere, all through the NGTeco Home App. Also works with Alexa and Google Assistant for voice control.
